The efficacy of combination of BFHY with cisplatin on mice models of lung cancer. A549 cell lines were subcutaneously injected to nude mouse, when tumor volume reached to 100–120 mm³ and divided into five groups randomly then, treated with cisplatin (2 mg/kg) or BFHY (11.25 g/kg, 22.49 g/kg, and 44.98 g/kg) with cisplatin (2 mg/kg) for 15 days.
