Data of triglyceride, glucose, CRP, and iPTH levels showed skewed distribution and therefore were log-transformed before analysis. Analysis of data was done using the simple regression analyses or multivariate stepwise linear regression analysis (adopted factors: PD vintage, age, log-glucose, log-CRP, and A-FABP). PD, peritoneal dialysis; A-FABP, adipocyte fatty acid binding protein; iPTH, Intact parathyroid hormone; CRP, C-reactive protein; weekly Kt/V, weekly fractional clearance index for urea.  < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.
