Effect of ghrelin on P. gingivalis LPS-induced changes in the expression of iNOS protein and cNOS phosphorylation in the acinar cells. The cells were treated with the LPS at 100 ng/mL or ghrelin (Gh) at 0.6 μg/mL + LPS and incubated for 16 h. Cell lysates were resolved on SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with anti-iNOS antibody or phosphorylation-specific cNOS (pcNOS) antibody, and after stripping reprobed with anti-cNOS antibody.
