Taxonomic position and evolutionary relationship determination of KDT32 and KGT32 isolate sequences with reference sequences (strains of genus Streptomyces) from phylogenetic tree constructed by ML algorithm. The phylogenetic tree was validated by a bootstrap analysis (1000 replications) with values shown at branch nodes. Bar indicates substitutions per nucleotide position.
