Phylogenetic analysis of the bacterial strains. The evolutionary history was inferred by using the maximum likelihood method and Tamura–Nei model [24]. The tree with the highest log likelihood (−3857.63) is shown. This analysis involved 55 nucleotide sequences. There were a total of 1439 positions in the final dataset. Evolutionary analyses were conducted in MEGA X [25].
