The confusion matrix shown on the top right for one-to-one matching evaluation is used to evaluate the accuracy of RBC classification detection. The figure in the upper left corner shows examples of DD, DE DS, ED, EE, ES, SD, SE, and SS. For point correspondence, we do not use specificity or true negative (TN) rate because most image pixels are TN.
