Thermal treatment in CdCl2 vapor of the CdTe/CdS/CIO/glass part of the cell. Data of for each O2 partial pressure used in the CSS-CdTe layers growth and for annealing times () in the interval 5–30 min. = 380°C and = 420°C were kept constant. Lines joining the experimental points were outlined only as visual effect.
