Thermal annealing in CdCl2 vapor of the CdTe/CdS/CIO/glass part of the cell. = 380°C was constant, and was varied in the range 380–435°C. = 3% and was kept constant at 20 min. Lines joining the experimental points were outlined only as a visual guide to the eye.
