Thermal annealing in CdCl2 vapor of the CdTe/CdS/CIO/glass part of the cell. was fixed at 420°C, and was varied in the interval 350–410°C. = 3%, and = 20 min constant. Lines joining the experimental points were outlined only as a visual guide to the eye.
