Compound significantly reduces the releasing of the IL-1β and TNF-α into the plasma. 10⁸ CFU Staphylococcus aureus was injected into the animal to induce the bacterial infection animal model; then, the compound was used for treatment at the concentration of 1, 2, and 5 mg/kg. After the treatment, the plasma was harvested and the IL-1β and TNF-α content released into plasma was measured through the ELISA detection kit.
