A case of breast carcinoma in group 3 (tamoxifen resistant) with serum AGR2 level 224 ng/ml showed high SOX2 nuclear positivity score 12 (c) and high AGR2 cytoplasmic positivity score 12 (d) in malignant cells (X100).
