In the unoperated side (left side of the photograph), a normal far extending hemi-pericardial cavity (P) is seen with normal epimyocard (arrowhead). At the operated side, the hemi-pericardial cavity (P) is closed (upwards directed arrowhead) and no blood islands are formed peripherally.
