For SARS-CoV-2, samples with are reported as positive and with as “limit value” (LV). For the other pathogens, the cut-off is . For SARS-CoV-2, was calculated as limit of blank (LoB). Although not strictly applicable as a cut-off, samples with have increased probability of being false positives. LoBs were not derived for other pathogens.
