Results of multiplex PCR with primers specific for P. aeruginosa species, Integron 1, and Metallo-β-lactamases gene, for 13 incubator samples. Line 16 is 100–1000 bp ladder. Line 15 is positive control (P. aeruginosa type strain ATCC 27853). Lines 5 and 12 are positive samples for P. aeruginosa (720 bp specific bands). Lines 2, 5, 8, and 10 are positive samples for Metallo-β-lactamases gene (310 bp). All samples are negative for Integrin 1. Lines 3, 4, 6, 7, 11, 13, and 14 are negative samples and line 1 is negative control (water).
