Enrichment of fluorescein-labeled aptamers during 13 rounds of Capture-SELEX for the target mixture consisting of kanamycin A disulfate salt dihydrate, sulfacarbamide, sulfamethoxazole, and sotalol hydrochloride, each 1 mM in selection buffer.
