The mechanism of CSEI-sweeping-MEKC mode (adapted from [13]). (a) The capillary was rinsed with a nonmicellar, low-pH separation buffer. HCB zone was then introduced hydrodynamically. (b) Cationic samples prepared in low conductive matrix were injected into capillary by positive voltage and concentrated in the HCB zone.
