Semiconducting Carbon Nanotube-Based Nanodevices for Monitoring the Effects of Chlorphenamine on the Activities of Intracellular Ca2+ Stores

Reduction of histamine-induced Ca2+ release from the intracellular stores of HeLa cells pretreated with chlorphenamine at different concentrations in the range of 0–200 μM. The responses of the HeLa cells were monitored by the measurement of the conductance changes of only a SCN device. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (standard deviation) (n = 3).
