The effect of (a) Pb(II) and (b) Cu(II) preconcentration standards of various pH values for Acetabularia-CPE. The conditions used were one minute of accumulation followed by applying optimum deposition potential and optimum scan rate in 0.1 M KNO₃ electrolyte.
