Representative PET images of a rat administered with ¹⁸F-NFLOBA-EF24. Rats were intravenously injected with about 50 μCi of ¹⁸F-NFLOBA-EF24 and imaged for 1 h. The composite data was fused with corresponding CT image and displayed in Amira 3.1 software. The upper panel shows the volume-rendered images, whereas the lower panel shows selected coronal slices (nos. 55, 102, and 110) for better visualization of hepatic and renal accumulation.
