Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Some Novel Dithiocarbamate Derivatives

The synthetic route for the preparation of dithiocarbamate derivatives. Reagents and conditions: (i) K₂CO₃, DMF microwave irradiation, 15 min; (ii) Zn powder, 25% HCl/EtOH, room temperature 1 h, and then reflux for 1 h; (iii) ClCH₂COCl, TEA, THF ice bath and then room temperature 1 h; (iv) corresponding dithiocarbamic acid sodium salt, acetone, reflux for 12 h.
