Effect of the activity (a) and stability (b) of the crude protease by temperature from strains SD11. (a) The activity of the enzyme was tested at various temperatures (20–70°C). The enzyme activity was maximum at 60°C regarded as 100%. (b) The protease stability against temperature was examined after the crude enzyme was incubated under temperatures between 20 and 70°C for 1 h. The residual activity was tested under the normal conditions. The enzyme activity without incubating was regarded as 100%. Each point indicates the average value of three times, and error bars show standard deviation.
