Effect of FF on LPS-induced protein (a) and mRNA (b) expression of iNOS and COX-2 in RAW 264.7 macrophages. The cells were grown at 5 × 105 cells/well and treated with various concentrations of FF for 1 h before LPS (1 μg/mL) treatment. After incubation for 12 h (RT-PCR) and 24 h (Western blot), cell lysates were collected and subjected to Western blot and RT-PCR analysis.
