Kinetic behaviors of radical antioxidant activity of Se-enriched kale seedlings. The Se-enriched kale seedling ethanolic extracts (a–c) and aqueous extracts (d–f) with 5 tested Se concentrations and the two reference antioxidants trolox and butylated hydroxyanisol (BHA) in 3 cultivation periods of 5 days (a, d), 10 days (b, e), and 15 days (c, f). The standard represents the blank, the pure ethanol solution and the distilled water.
