Two Mixed-Ligand Cu(II) Polymers: Treatment Activity on Acute Cerebral Infarction Combined with Alteplase

<div>Significantly reduced content of coagulation factors in the serum after compound treatment. The cerebral infarction animal model was constructed and the compound was injected for treatment at the concentration of 5 mg/kg. The content of coagulation factors in the serum was firstly conducted to measure with ELISA assay.</div>
