The effect of the isolated compounds on the production of NO in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages. The cells were pretreated for 30 minutes with concentrations (25, 50, 75, and 100 μg/mL) of compounds 1–8 and then stimulated with LPS (100 μg/mL) for 24 hours. The data show the of three independent experiments performed in triplicates. versus the LPS-treated group, compared to Dexan (positive control).
