Compound 1 can significantly decrease the viability of gastric cancer cells. The inhibitory activity of the new compounds on gastric cancer cell viability was evaluated by the CCK-8 method. Specifically, gastric cancer cells were inoculated into 96-well plates and treated with the new compound for 2 days.
