3-(5-Hydroxyphenyl)-5-Phenyl-2-Pyrazolines as Toll-Like Receptor 7 Agonists

<div>Effect of 3-(5-hydroxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-2-pyrazolines derivatives on TLR7 agonist activity: (a) HEK-Blue hTLR7 reporter cells were treated with compounds <b>1</b>, <b>2</b>, <b>3</b>, <b>4</b>, <b>5</b>, and <b>9</b> (top panel) or compounds <b>5</b>, <b>6</b>, <b>7</b>, <b>8</b>, <b>9</b>, and <b>10</b> (bottom panel) at 50 <i>μ</i>M for 24 h and (b) TLR7-induced secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter activities were measured with the culture supernatant by reading the OD at 650 nm using a VersaMax microplate reader.
