Total phenolic and flavonoid contents were determined by the Folin Ciocalteu and aluminium-chloride colorimetric methods, respectively, and are expressed as milligrams of gallic acid (GA) per gram of dry mushroom materiala and as milligrams of quercetin (QE) per gram of dry mushroom materialb.
