The Effect of Tianmai Xiaoke Pian on Insulin Resistance through PI3-K/AKT Signal Pathway

<div>PI3-K/AKT signal pathway-related gene mRNA expression levels in different tissues.<i> IRS-1</i>,<i> IRS-2</i>,<i> PI3-K p85<i>α</i></i>, and<i> p-AKT2</i> mRNA expression were tested using RT-PCR in liver, skeletal muscle, and adipose tissues from rats of each experimental group. RT-PCR: reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction; TMXKP: Tianmai Xiaoke Pian.
