Cell proliferative ability of HRMECs using the CCK-8 assay. At 48 h after culturing, compared to the control group, increased cell proliferation at 48 was found in the G25 group, while the OD value was significantly lower in the G50 and G100 groups. No significant difference was observed between the hypertonic group and the control group.
