Schematic representation of the proposed mechanism in ASP against GBM. Network pharmacology was applied to analyze the crucial components and key targets of ASP for the treatment of GBM. Cellular assays confirmed that ASP reduced the proliferative capacity of GBM cells and induced cell apoptosis through a p53-dependent pathway.
