Protective Activity of Alpha-Mangostin against UVB-Induced Injury in HaCaT Cells by Modulating the Ceramide and MAPK and NF-κB Signaling Pathways

α-MG protects HaCaT cells against UVB-mediated apoptosis. (a, b) HaCaT cells were pretreated with or without α-MG (2 μM) for 2 h and then exposed to UVB (50 mJ/cm2). At 24 h after UVB irradiation, the cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometry.
