OxLDL-Induced Foam Cell Formation Inhibitory Activity of Pepsin Hydrolysate of Ark Shell (Scapharca subcrenata (Lischke, 1869)) in RAW264.7 Macrophages

Molecular weight distribution of ark shell-pepsin hydrolysates (ASPH) on a GPC column by HPLC. The eluent was distilled water and the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min. The eluate was analyzed with a UV detector (Dionex UltiMate 3000) at 214 nm. The column was calibrated with a standard solution including aprotinin (6.5 kDa), angiotensin II (1041 Da), glutathione (307.32 Da), and glycine (75 Da) proteins.
