TFCOM induced apoptosis of 786-O and Renca cells. (a) The apoptotic cell of 786-o cells was examined by the Hoechst 33342 staining assay. (b) Rate of apoptosis cells. (c) Expression of protein associated apoptosis was checked in 786-O cells treated with TFCOM for 48 h by western blotting. Expression of BAX, cleaved-PARP, and cleaved-caspase 3 was upregulated while the ratio of PARP, caspase-3, and expression of Bcl-2 was reduced. Experiments were performed in triplicate.
