Our data suggest that TFCOM extract inhibits the migration of RCC by regulating S1PR2/FAK signaling pathway; TFCOM inhibits proliferation and migration by regulating PI3K/AKT/mTOR and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway; TFCOM induces apoptosis of RCC by regulating p53, Bax, Bcl-2, caspase 3, and PARP.
