Immune-Enhancing Activity of <i>Vitis coignetiae</i> Extract via Increasing Cytokine and Natural Killer Cell Activity in Splenocytes and Cyclophosphamide-Induced Immunosuppressed Rats

<div>Effect of <i>Vitis coignetiae</i> extract (VCE) on the serum levels of immune-related cytokines in cyclophosphamide (Cy)-treated Wistar rat splenocytes. Splenocytes were treated with VCE (0–300 <i>μ</i>g/mL) and Cy (0.8 mg/mL). Serum levels of (a) tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-<i>α</i>), (b) interferon gamma (IFN-<i>γ</i>), (c) interleukin-2 (IL-2), and (d) IL-12 were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits.
