Phytochemical Characterization, <i>In Vitro</i> Antioxidant Activity, and Quantitative Analysis by Micellar Electrokinetic Chromatography of Hawthorn (<i>Crataegus pubescens</i>) Fruit

<div>Percentage of remnant DPPH against the standard concentration was plotted in an exponential regression to obtain the amount of antioxidant necessary to decrease the initial DPPH concentration by 50% (EC<sub>50</sub>) and the time needed to reach the steady state for EC<sub>50</sub> (TEC<sub>50</sub>).
