Effect of Regular Physical Exercise on Gut Microbiota and Depressive Behaviors in Rats

Principal component analysis (PCA) of fecal microbiota in four groups of rats. There are 10 rats in each group. G1, normal group; G2, chronic unpredictable mild stress used to develop depression-like behavior in rats; G3, fluoxetine was given 3 mg/kg daily by gavage after the formation of depression-like behavior; G4, the depressed model rats exercised for 1 hour at 9 am and 3 pm each day.
