Ultrasonic Extraction of Phenolic Compounds from Eggplant Peel and Formulation of Eggplant Peel Extract-Enriched Ice-Cream

<div>Treatment of the eggplant peel extract reduces the migratory capacity of PC3 (a) and MDA-MB-231 (b) cells. Images on the left represent scratch wound healing assay; cell monolayers were scratched and allowed to heal in the presence of different concentrations of the eggplant peel extract. Scratched areas were photographed at 0 h, 12 h, and 24 h, and yellow lines represent scratched areas/after healing areas were calculated using ImageJ software.
