Milk-skin (sor)-based Bengali ethnic sweetmeats. (a) Sarpuria; (b) Sarbhajal: both the products have a strong and delightful flavour with characteristic colour. Advaita Ācārya (1434–1539 A.D. in Bangladesh) also had a connection with these products. Both products are rich sources of calcium.
