The major classifications of tumor microenvironment (TME). Generally, TME can be divided into cold tumors and hot tumors. Hot tumors are characterized as sufficient tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes while cold tumors are characterized as adequate immunosuppressive cells, including tumor-associated macrophages, myeloid-derived suppressor cells, and regulatory T cells. In this report, the TME of he_57 can be classified into a hot tumor, and H81, he_78, and he_80 can be classified into cold tumors based on the components mentioned in Figure 2.
