The Th17/Treg imbalance occurs in premature ARDS infants. (a) Flow cytometric analysis was performed to assess the proportion of Th17 cells and Treg cells in CD4⁺ cells from PBMCs of ARDS patients and healthy controls. (b) The correlation between the Th17/Treg ratio and OI thresholds in ARDS patients and healthy controls was analyzed using Spearman’s method. (c) ELISA was applied to measure serum levels of IL-17A and IL-10 in ARDS patients and healthy controls.
