PARP-1 Inhibition Repressed Imbalance of Th17 and Treg Cells in Preterm Rats with Intrauterine Infection-Induced Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome by Reducing the Expression Level of IL-6

<div>PARP-1 downregulation reduces the imbalance of the Th17/Treg ratio in CD4<sup>+</sup> T cells from <i>E.coli</i>-induced newborn rats. (a) Flow cytometric analysis was performed to assess the proportion of Th17 cells and Treg cells in CD4<sup>+</sup> cells from the lung tissues of rats. (b) Oxygenation index (OI) thresholds were assessed in rats.
