A significant difference in the growth hormone levels of the experimental group before and after treatment (t = 33.553,  < 0.001). A significant difference in the growth hormone levels of the control group before and after treatment (t = 21.235,  < 0.001). A significant difference in the growth hormone levels between the two groups after treatment (t = 12.498,  < 0.001).
