Knockdown of H19 inhibited the ox-LDL-induced proangiogenic activities of HAECs. (a). Efficiency of the si-lncRNA H19 (si-H19) was evaluated by qRT-PCR in the ox-LDL-HAECs. (b). Cellular proliferation was detected by MTT in the indicated cells. (c) Tube formation was performed to detect the angiogenesis ability in the indicated cells. (d) Cellular migration was evaluated by Wound-healing assay in the indicated cells.
