The Role of Osthole on TGF-β-Induced Lung Epithelium Apoptosis Injury and Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition-Mediated Airway Remodeling in Pediatric Asthma

Osthole inhibited MAPK and TGF-β/Smad pathways in TGF-β1-induced 16 HBE cells. After transfected with the si-NC vector, or si-Smad2 vector, or si-Smad3 vector for 48 h, 16HBE cells were induced by TGF-β1.
