In the experimental group, the IgM levels before and after intervention were (1.86 ± 0.76) μmol/L and (0.86 ± 0.44) μmol/L, respectively. In the control group, the IgM levels before and after intervention were (1.87 ± 0.74) μmol/L and (1.27 ± 0.53) μmol/L, respectively. The IgM levels of the experimental group before and after intervention were obviously different (t = 7.639, ).
