In the experimental group, the IgG levels before and after intervention were (12.49 ± 4.36) μmol/L and (5.51 ± 1.69) μmol/L, respectively. In the control group, the IgG levels before and after intervention were (12.47 ± 4.33) μmol/L and (7.54 ± 1.81) μmol/L, respectively. The IgG levels of the experimental group before and after intervention were obviously different (t = 10.013, ). The IgG levels of the control group before and after intervention were obviously different (t = 7.047, ). The IgG levels of the two groups after intervention were obviously different (t = 5.499, ).
