Nodal Enhances Perineural Invasion in Pancreatic Cancer by Promoting Tumor-Nerve Convergence

<div>Nodal knockdown decreases the expression of neurotrophins and inhibits pancreatic cancer cell invasion. (a) The efficiency of siRNAs targeting Nodal in PC cells was evaluated by western blotting assay. (b) Immunoblotting results revealed that knocking down Nodal expression restrained NGF, BDNF, GDNF, and MMP-9 protein expression.
