Effect of
Z-pro-prolinal on soluble prolyl oligopeptidase activity of
thioglycollate-elicited murine macrophages. The values (means ± SEM from 5 animals) were recorded in
triplicate as the percentage of inhibition relative to control reactions
(enzyme activity = 100%, percentage of inhibition = 0) which run simultaneously in
absence of Z-pro-prolinal. All concentrations of Z-pro-prolinal produced lower
